Payment Terms
All invoices issued by Black Diamond Detailing are payable by the due date stated on the invoice.
If any invoice amount is not received by the specified due date, Black Diamond Detailing reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at 1% per week above the Bank of England base rate, subject to applicable law.
Where payment remains outstanding for 30 days from the invoice date, Black Diamond Detailing may also seek compensation for reasonable debt recovery costs in accordance with applicable late-payment legislation. The minimum compensation charge will be £40, where applicable.
Customers experiencing genuine financial difficulties are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible. Where appropriate, Black Diamond Detailing will consider agreeing a reasonable payment schedule to help facilitate payment of outstanding balances.
Any agreed payment schedule must be confirmed by Black Diamond Detailing in writing and must be adhered to by the customer.
